Door Anchor for Resistance Bands A door anchor for fitness bands expands your home training options: thick foam protects the door, and a rubber guard reduces band wear from friction. ## 1. What is the Door Anchor? The Door Anchor is a support that can be used with exercise bands and resistance bands. We improved our model by adding a rubber sleeve that protects bands against abrasion. A key point with this type of anchor (especially with Power Bands) is friction caused by the textile strap. 1 – Place the bands on the anchor and pass the set through the door, or install the anchor in the door first. Make sure it is positioned on the correct side (so that the door closes while pressing the anchor in place). 2 – When closing, ensure the foam creates enough resistance on the door (watch the door as it closes to prevent slipping). 3 – Test the setup first with light tension on the bands. 4 – This is what the anchor should look like on the other side—you can ask someone to check. As you can see, the anchor protects the door effectively from damage. ## 2. Key information 1 – Thick, solid EVA foam: protects the door from damage. 2 – To prevent bands from rubbing against the strap, we added a dedicated protective section (instead of foam along the full length). 3 – The anchor is reinforced with two strong polyamide-thread seams, significantly increasing strength compared with many competing models, making use safer.
