With the finis foam pull buoy senior you can optimally train your arms. Place the pull buoy between your legs and the buoyancy will lift your legs bringing your body into a straight line. With a pull buoy you keep your legs still allowing you to concentrate on arm training and strengthen your arm muscles. Additionally you can effectively train hip rotation. The leg float is made of eva foam and does not irritate the skin. A junior model is also available for adults with shorter legs as well as children and adolescents up to 12 years old.
