The beco beflex is made of flexible silicone material and has a challenging and attractive shape. The beflex can be used for aqua fitness and is suitable for everyone (from beginner to advanced). The beflex is a compact and versatile aqua fitness product and can be used for strength training endurance training coordination and flexibility. The beflex can also be used for rehabilitation exercises. The beflex is made of extremely flexible silicone material and has no buoyancy of its own. The handle also makes the beflex easy to hold for the elderly/seniors making it a popular product at mbvo fiftyfit and senior aqua fitness. The beflex can be combined with other buoyancy aids such as wet belts so that you can also perform exercises with the beflex in deep water. Supplied as a pair color: turquoise
